My Journey

Inspiration

In 2019, a special opportunity presented itself when I partnered with Missions of Hope in Kenya to launch a baking skills training program. It was then that I made the decision to donate all of my profits to support the growth and development of these classes. Since then, our partnership has flourished, and now has three thriving classes. I am deeply inspired by the impact these classes have on the students, as they not only learn valuable baking skills but also find hope and empowerment for their futures.

Engage With the Students

Traveling to Kenya two to three times per year allows me to personally engage with the students and instructors and witness the transformative power of education, having an opportunity, and gaining the self-confidence that comes from learning a skill.

Supporting Communities

I am thankful for the support and encouragement from many dedicated customers. The Country Cookie has donated over $48,000 to Missions of Hope through the sale of homemade cookies. I invite you to join me in making a difference...one cookie at a time. You can learn more here.
